Event photography is a pretty specialised market. It requires the event photographer to be constantly aware of what is happening around him, make good use of the light, and get good pictures. Ideally, it would be best to have an unobtrusive photographer who does not disturb the guests and people present constantly. Event photography combines bits of photojournalism and street photography. Your photographer needs to move around the crowd without being noticed too much, but he also needs to document what is going on without interfering.
