What every rate covers.

No per-image fees, no licence renewals, no charge for the gallery. If you need a frame in five years for a different campaign, it is yours to use.
What a booking usually comes to.
A team of twelve headshots. Two hours on site at £280, plus £10 per employee, so £400 in total. Everybody photographed against the same background under the same lights.
A one-day conference. A full day of 8 hours at £880. Keynotes, breakouts, the exhibition floor, group shots and the dinner, delivered to one gallery.
A half day of workplace reportage. 4 hours at £480. Enough to cover a building, the teams in it, and a set of environmental portraits.
One executive portrait. The first hour at £180, which usually covers several setups in different parts of the building.
About the money.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes, one hour at £180. That covers arrival, setup, shooting, editing and delivery, so it is the smallest booking that produces usable work.
Do you charge for travel?
No, not within East Anglia. Travel across Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire is included in the rates on this page. For work further afield, ask and I will quote it before you book.
When do I pay?
After the shoot, on invoice, once you have the gallery. Bookings are confirmed by contract rather than by deposit.
What if the day overruns?
Additional time is charged at £100 an hour. I will tell you when we are approaching the end of the booked time rather than presenting it as a surprise afterwards.
Are the prices inclusive of editing?
Yes. Every rate on this page includes individual post-processing of the delivered frames, upload to a private online gallery, free high-resolution downloads and full commercial usage rights. There are no per-image fees and no licensing renewals.
